Zoe offers individual Naturopathy treatments that utilise the latest research and information, non-invasive tests and natural medicines to help you achieve effective, lasting results. She has also undertaken extensive studies on anxiety, depression, stress and other modalities.

    What happens during your first and second appointments?

    First Appointment –
    1 hour 15 min

    The focus of the appointment is to gather as much information about you and your ongoing health conditions as possible. Questions during the appointment include your family history, toxic exposures, diet history, elimination processes, as well as sleep patterns and exercise routines. If you have had any blood tests done by your GP or other health care professional within the last year, we highly recommend you obtain copies and bring them to your first appointment. A preliminary treatment plan will be given to you. This may include supplements, dietary recommendations, diet or menstrual record keeping, exercise routines, and other lifestyle recommendations.

    Second Appointment

    This appointment is usually scheduled 2-3 weeks after your first appointment to allow for you to get accustomed to some of the suggestions given to you during your first appointment.
    Quite often, you can already feel remarkable improvement!

    Your individualised program will be discussed during this visit so you can be completely informed about every part of your journey with us.

    How Often?

    Typically Zoe sees patients every 4-6 weeks after the initial 2 appointments until health is achieved.

    Zoe is available 4- 5 days per week from early in the morning until 6.00 pm
