As the weather heats up our drinks cool down and this insanely delicious Blueberry, Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie is going to become your new favourite breakfast, snack or dessert go-to!
This double-thick milkshake style smoothie contains just 5-ingredients, is ready in 10 minutes and is perfect as a breakfast power shake!
Is it just us or does peanut butter make an amazing addition to almost everything?

What’s in this bad boy?
This smoothie offers the perfect balance of antioxidants and sweetness from the blueberries, potassium, manganese, carbohydrates and creaminess from the banana and healthy fats from the peanut butter, keeping you fuller for longer!

Bananas are one of the most popular fruits in the world. They’re full important nutrients! They are known to reduce swelling, protect against developing Type 2 diabetes, aid in weight loss, strengthen the nervous system and help with production of white blood cells, all due to the high level of vitamin B6 that bananas contain.
A good quality peanut butter, like the ones we stock at Nurcha, can be a healthful option when people enjoy it as part of a balanced diet. It is rich in several nutrients, including protein and magnesium, which may help protect the heart and manage blood sugar and body weight.
*Makes two serves*
- 1 cup (165g) Fresh Blueberries
- 3 Frozen Bananas 300g
- 2 Dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) soy, almond or other non-dairy milk. Click here to shop milk online!

OPTIONAL (but definitely recommended)
Add protein a scoop of your favourite protein, greens powder and medicinal mushrooms to get in all of that extra goodness!
