Living in Queensland can sometimes have us fooled as to the season but after a Winter of uncertainty how exciting is it to feel that warm sun return! These changes bring new seasonal produce and Head Chef Bruno has FIVE exciting and creative dishes to add to our Nurcha Spring Menu.

Our spring menu items cover breakfast, lunch and brunches bringing texture, colour and Nurhca’s own vegan twist.
With our mouths watering, we cannot wait any longer for you to try our FIVE new Spring Menu dishes so let us introduce them:

Big Brekkie

Nurcha Spring Menu Big Brekkie

A blend of our two most popular breakfast menu items: Brunch Bagel and Rosti Benny make it to our Spring Menu. The “Big Brekkie” consists of Garlic ciabatta slathered with smashed avo, a potato rosti, smoked tofu, grilled flat mushroom. We top with our famous black bean hollandaise sauce, almond feta, confit cherry tomatoes, coconut “bacon bits” and zaatar.

This dish is served on a bed of fresh spinach and finished with a balsamic glaze & lemon wedge.

 

Spring Nurcha Menu Korean Buddha Bowl

This dish is served in a bowl over warm brown rice with rich braised Fable “beef”, radishes, bean sprouts, pickled daikon & carrots, fresh cucumber, Kimchi, crunchy nori & gochujang on a bed of fresh lettuce.

Chik’en Caesar SaladSpring Menu at Nurcha Chik'en Caesar Salad

Crisp Cos lettuce, grilled plant-based chik’en with Nurcha’s own house-made Caesar dressing. We finish this with vegan parmesan, confit cherry tomatoes, garlic herb crostinis & coconut “bacon bits”.

Nurcha Spring Menu Moroccan Pumpkin & Broccoli SaladMoroccan Pumpkin & Broccoli Salad

Beautifully spiced roasted pumpkin, spinach, and dried cranberries with broccoli, sunflower seeds, almond feta, and finished with a yoghurt dressing.

Asian Pulled “Beef” Burger with WedgesAsian Pulled Burger with Wedges

Char Siu braised mushroom with pulled Fable “beef”, kale and apple slaw. This dish is finished with our very own, house-made pickle, Nurcha Aioli and fresh herbs served on a soft toasted bun with a side of wedges and aioli.

 

Thursday Night Spring Menu

This Spring we welcome you back to dinner on Thursday evenings at Nurcha Kawana. These too will include new dishes including the delicious Mediterranean Pasta bowl of roasted veggie or Mung Bean Fettuccine Pasta with house-made Napoli, pesto sauce, balsamic reduction & spinach. While enjoying this flavour experience try pairing your dinner with a local Your Mates Brewing Co. beer or a Pure Vision Organic wine.
