Celebrate International Day of Happiness with the team at Nurcha
The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it.”
—Thich Nhat Hanh
We often spend our lives seeking happiness only to realise that it has passed in the present moment. It’s important that we take the time to stop, reflect and appreciate small moments of joy in everyday life and spread happiness wherever you can.
Happiness is a fundamental human right and everyone around the world should be able to experience joy. Happiness could be as simple as a smile, a compliment from a stranger, a hug from a loved one, or an unexpected message from an old friend. Happiness can mean going on an adventure, reading your favourite book, cooking up a family meal, or taking time for yourself after a busy day of work.
Celebrate International Day of Happiness
To help celebrate International Day of Happiness, we asked a few of our wonderful Nurcha staff to share what makes them happy. We hope it brings a smile to your face and inspires you to seek happiness in your everyday life

Spread the Happiness!
Now, more than ever, it’s important that we come together and spread happiness wherever we can. The next time you’re out on your daily walk or commute to work, why not say hello to those that you pass by. Remember to thank your barista for their wonderful coffee in the morning; and be sure to always give your loved one a kiss or a hug before you leave for the day.
