Chia Pudding Recipe (It’s life-changing!)

Life-Changing Chia Pudding Recipe

Chia Puddings are an absolute saving grace when it comes to a quick, simple and easy breakfast, snack and dessert option!

Despite their small size, chia seeds are packed full of important and body-loving nutrients. They’re an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fibre, iron, and calcium!

Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.

This is the perfect recipe to make the night before a busy day or whip up in the moment!

Made from only FOUR ingredients, you can also get creative and add as much or as little as you like.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

*will serve 2 – 4, depending on serving sizes*

  • 2 cups almond/coconut milk (or any of your favourite plant-based milk) – we find when we use coconut milk it’s super creamy!
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or Cinnamon!
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (you could use Stevia, Maple Syrup or any other plant-based sweetener)

+ TOPPINGS! We suggest fresh fruit, granola, any nut butter or anything you desire!

You can also alter this recipe for a healthy chocolate twist by adding 2 tablespoons of  Raw Cacao or Maca Powder! Protein Powder can also be added if you’re looking to up your protein intake.

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Place ingredients in a bowl and mix well until fully combined.

2) Place covered in the refrigerator. We recommend stirring once or twice within the first hour so that the seeds don’t all set at the bottom. Depending on how much time you have you can create this to eat in as little as 5 minutes or make it to set overnight in the fridge.

3) Keep refrigerated! Each batch will last up to 5-6 days.

4) Add toppings, serve and enjoy!
