The history of Nurcha is interesting to say the least. We have come a long way from our early days…
Initially launched in 2004 as the Coastal Wellbeing Centre, we grew a loyal following that allowed us to open Cafe Nurcha in 2014. We ran both businesses side by side, but 5 years on, we came to understand that Nurcha was where it was at!
2019 saw us merge both brands, and Cafe Nurcha has since evolved to become known as the key vegan lifestyle destination on the Sunshine Coast.
We have not forgotten our humble beginnings and we never will. One of our key values is that of community, and our Nurcha family means the world to us.

If you’ve shopped with us before chances are you’ve come across Luvin’ life products! Luvin’ Life is our sister company and was established back in 2003. It is a family owned Sunshine Coast business with it’s beginnings being in the retail industry. It was here we noticed and were witness to the yawning price gap between the hard cost of a product and the exorbitant prices of retail to the consumer. We made a pact to create our company on a win, win, win basis and here lay the birth of Luvin Life.
The importing, producing and creating of our products have been done with a passion for a plant-based lifestyle, a desire to breakdown the cost barrier between quality products and the consumer and all done with a passion for life a highly conscious approach towards sustainability and a wish for all beings to be happy.
We understand that in today’s society, it is hard to maintain an earth-friendly approach at all times. But we need change. We need to make a difference. How do we achieve this? We do so by TRYING.
